Objective: To consult and train the working team to improve performance of campaigns to drive webinar signups and sales
Strategy: After a rapid growth from 80 to now 800+ employees, they required leadership in the digital marketing team. We became the teams interim Head of Digital consulting them on a weekly basis to improve their campaign performance and provide guidance for the team.
Results: CPL decreased by 20% after implementing best practices & optimization suggestions. Team became more independent in thinking of optimizations. We moved from day to day advisory towards strategic long term goals planning.
